It was fine, reasonably large and with breakfast. The location turned out to be excellent and stunning, just off restaurants and shopping, the beach and the main street, and centre.

They provide hardboiled eggs and cheese, that is outstanding. All the staff members are excellent and pleasant. The location is comfortable and just off a Franciscan monastery, center of Kennebunkport, and a beautiful area of Maine. Also, we both enjoyed Sweats of Kennebunkport, located just a short stroll away from the hotel.

The room is large and immaculate, and the stuff is very amiable! The hotel serves boiled eggs and cheese for breakfast. Our venue is set in a central location not far from beach and the central town and monastery and shrines.

Hardboiled eggs and cheese for breakfast are a plus. I must comment on its central location - it was perfect. The place to order lunch relatively close to the hotel is Old Salt's Pantry.

Liked our rooms with a queen size bed. All of the staff were attentive, accommodating. Also, location was magnificent and beautiful, not very far from an 'bush museum. It was located in a beautiful area so close to boardwalk and Beach in one direction and town centre in the other and the river.

It was a PERFECTLY PLEASANT experience. We were traveling to Kennebunk for summer holidays. Our hotel was in a comfortable location to the beach in one direction. Moreover, it's next to a quiet, beautiful area, so close to town, walking paths, tables and chairs and benches, and town center.

Lunch on site. The cleanliness of the place. The large outside spaces. The size of the room. The common areas. The attentive staff. Proximity to the beach and nearby places of interest. Parking, swimming pool and walking trails.
Nothing, everything seemed adequate

The breakfast is varied, beyond our expectations. We walked to the city centre, which is well located.
The decoration of the rooms is really old-fashioned but it is clean and very peaceful.

the environment and all kennebunkport is magic, the people of this town along with the nature of the place have built a wonderful place
by the type of construction you can hear the movement in the adjoining rooms

Location
The food's awful, the place is an old, unkempt school, the walls are made of cardboard. It's a good thing we didn't have a one-night stand. Maybe when I'm 80 I'll come back.
